3 TYPE OF DANCE ENTREPRENEURS
Now, in this blog I’m going to do is I’m going to share with you how you can become the ultimate dance entrepreneur, how you can stand out from the crowd, how you can generate more income as a dancer. But before I do that, I want to take you for a different type of dance entrepreneur. And so you can understand gradually, how you can get to the top. Okay, so the first type of dancers
THE PASSIVE DANCER
So the passive dancer for me is the dancer that doesn’t necessarily go out and look for jobs. The passive dancer is the type of dancer that actually wait for people to come to him to offer him jobs. The passive dancer would be the guy that is going to be waiting for people to call , to message. So he’s not necessarily going to go out there and search for jobs, is going to be waiting for people to come to him.
THE ACTIVE DANCER
The second one is the active dance entrepreneur. So the active dancer is the guy who is actively going to go out there and actually trying to network with people, go to events, workshops, etc.
So that person is going to be essentially more active and that’s how he will start building up a name for himself.
You don’t have to be the best dancer, but you just need people to know about you. And if you’re more active, I’m going from the basis of you not being a celebrity or a well-known dancer, then this is the best way to get your name out there. You can also be active on social media posting, sharing valuable content, etc.
THE PRO-ACTIVE DANCER
Now the last one, the ultimate dance entrepreneur, the ultimate dancer is the guy, which I call the pro-active dancer. So the pro-active dancer essentially is going to take a completely different approach, he is not going to look for a job, he actually going to create jobs, which is completely different. So let me give you an example, the pro-active dancer, would be the person that’s going to be looking for a gap in the market and going to fill in this gap by providing his services.
So he’s going to be the guy that essentially will be taking more risks but also have the potential to earn more. So if you know how to promote yourself, if you know that there’s a real gap in the market then being pro-active can be very rewarding for you.
I’ve been able to generate a lot more consistent income being a more pro-active dancer. However, it is completely up to you which one you want to be.
